DUI without being high? Every medical cannabis patient needs to be aware of this risk.

In fact, it is possible to get a DUI if you consumed cannabis a week ago, and depending on where you live in the country, there could be a zero tolerance DUI policy like in Pennsylvania, which has resulted in innocent medical cannabis patients getting arrested.
