In addition to being an entrepreneur, Jacquie is an inaugural member of the graduating class from The University of Maryland’s School of Pharmacy with a Masters in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics. 
 
In this episode, we learn more about Jacquie’s companies, advocacy, and upcoming special events. Jacquie’s company CannabizMD is a unique ecosystem supporting Maryland’s nascent medical cannabis industry that has grown to support a national and international audience. 
 
She has been an advocate for incorporating cannabis as a viable clinical treatment for decades and has been on the forefront of the social equity movement in the industry. In 2019, she launched the cannabis social enterprise Tea Pad, with a mission to break down barriers to entry and advancement in the cannabis industry via education.
